Training Programs

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. For our training programs:

Full Refund

  • Participants are eligible for a full refund if they decide to cancel their enrollment before the commencement of their second scheduled session. To request a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your second session is due to start.

Partial Refund

  • If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment after attending more than one session but before the completion of the course, they may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions attended and any resources or materials provided.
  • Requests for partial refunds must be submitted before the completion of the course. The exact refund amount will be determined at our discretion, considering the costs incurred on a per-session basis and any materials or services provided.

SaaS Products

Our SaaS products are designed to enhance your learning and operational efficiency. We offer refunds for our SaaS products under the following conditions:

Full Refund

  • Users are eligible for a full refund if they have not utilized the platform and decide to cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase. “Not utilized” means that the user has not logged in and accessed the services or consumed any resources.
  • To request a full refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details.

Partial Refund

  • If a user has utilized the platform but decides to cancel their subscription, a partial refund may be available. The eligibility for a partial refund and the amount refunded will depend on the extent of the platform’s use and the remaining subscription period.
